for a Federal employer identification online. There is no need to file a Form
SS-4! The IRS will ask the necessary questions and the individual/taxpayer can
provide the IRS with the answers.
After all validations are done, the individual (taxpayer) will get their EIN immediately upon completion of the formalities. An individual/taxpayer can then download, save, and print their EIN confirmation notice.
